I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an extremely clean and good smelling hotel. Under new ownership and management; this place has gone through renovations and has strived to be known for their cleanliness, per Flo, a most friendly and helpful manager/front desk worker. The rooms and lobby are exceptionally clean, including the bathrooms and showers/tubs! The shower heads are high enough and have lots of water pressure. The mini frig and microwave were clean and worked well. The bed was comfortable and had very clean bedding and towels. Each day, we had a hot breakfast including sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, muffins, fruit, & cereal. Also, don’t forget the price is great! Having moved away, it’s nice to come back & see Alva has a reasonably priced, clean looking and clean smelling hotel.
Practically my home away from home. Free breakfast every morning. Brad and the girls made me feel welcome and helped during a very difficult time. I'm really missing this place.
Stayed here twice, it's that good that ill stop in Alva instead of other towns cause of this hotel. Clean, spacious, bright, and has an indoor pool. The king stores suites with a little kitchennette are awesome, and the breakfast has eggs and a good spread. Highly recommended. P.S. The outside is decieving (an abstract mural, mosaic or landscaping could be awesome) could be awesome , it's really nice inside! Also has an elevator.
My boyfriend and I had a great stay here while passing through to Salt Plains. From the lobby to our room, everything was spotless. It's clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. We felt comfortable and safe during our entire stay. I chose this hotel because of the location and the pictures looked really nice. What’s stood out to me the most was the home feeling and the great service. Flo is amazing!
Was visiting one night. Driving a truck. Needed some R&R. I chose this place. Great service ! Very comfy bed. Very quiet place Very secure., no loud noise. Price was higher than I expected ($125) for the night. Especially in such a small town. Great breakfast the next morning !! I will be staying here again, when coming through. I highly recommend this stay !!
What a find! Our room was very large and roomy. Super clean. Newly remodeled and painted. Shower was very nice and most importantly, a comfy bed. Pet friendly too. A very nice breakfast was also offered. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and much more. Something for everyone’s taste.
We highly recommend this location. The rooms are very very clean and very comfortable and Brad was great to work with. He also gave us a recommendation on a local restaurant which was outstanding for ribs and brisket.
Nice clean rooms very good free breakfast. The bathroom could have been cleaner but other than that it was a comfortable bed and quiet stay. Hotel is next door to Walmart, and half a block from El Maya and Cancun Mexican restaurants.
